Historia.

Dzieci szły do szkoły. Pierwsze bomby, niemiecka Luftwaffe zrzuciła na Wieluń, spokojnie śpiące miasto nie dające żadnego powodu aby w nalocie dywanowym je zniszczyć, a mieszkańców wymordować. W sukurs Niemcom przyszły jeszcze 2 państwa Słowacja i ZSRR.

On September 1, 1939, due to German aggression against Poland, the war began. Few in Poland at that time believed in war. The children were going to school. The first bombs were dropped by the German Luftwaffe on Wieluń, a peacefully sleeping city that does not give any reason to destroy it in a carpet raid and murder its inhabitants. Two more countries, Slovakia and the USSR, came to the rescue of the Germans. Poland, attacked from all sides and betrayed by all allies, had no chance to defend itself. Today it is known that in May 1939 the general staff of the French army made a decision not to react actively to German aggression against Poland. Despite the granted security guarantees, they did not notify us about it. In their plans, after three years of World War II, they were to liberate us from the German occupation of the Republic of Poland. Poland never gave up. Unlike the Czech Republic, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway, which eagerly began to cooperate with Germany. Instead of cooperation, we gave Germany the underground state, a phenomenon on a global scale. With their own education, taking care of the culture and memory of the Polish nation. The Underground State created military structures that at their peak numbered over 300,000. soldiers. Outside the borders of the Polish state, the Poles managed to establish powerful tactical unions under Polish banners. We sailed the seas and oceans, we fought in Africa, Western Europe. and on the eastern font. We defended the skies (ironically) over France and made a powerful contribution to the defense of Great Britain. Our airmen deserved the words of appreciation from Winston Churchill.
“Never before so many owed so much, to so few”
All these achievements are the result of the exceptional fortitude of the spirit of Poles, attachment to their homeland and attachment to their own history, in which there is not a single accent of aggressive attitude towards their neighbors.
Today, there is no longer any doubt that Poland has been drawn into the whirlpool of world politics, in which, apart from our backs, our allies were negotiating how to fail to comply with the treaties, and Germany and Russia how to divide the spoils. World War II brought Poland the destruction of 1/3 of the nation and material losses of up to 2 trillion euros. Poland is the only country that has not received war reparations. We never heard the words sorry from the British and French for leaving us alone. The story I have just told needs to be told every year to remember that you are looking for friends close and enemies far away. But you should always count only on yourself. History teaches us this.
